Campus power outage scheduled for portions of May 18-19
A campus-wide power outage is scheduled from聽10 p.m. on Sunday, May 18,聽to聽7 a.m., Monday, May 19,聽to complete the connection of newly installed electrical infrastructure at the university鈥檚 substation.
This outage will not affect areas served by 4-County Power Association or Starkville Utilities, which include the Thad Cochran Research, Technology and Economic Development Park, North Farm, Nusz Park, A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre and South Farm.
Please plan ahead and shut down electronic devices and sensitive equipment before the outage begins.
