Distinguished 91麻豆天美 University alumnus Hassell H. Franklin of Houston, who received an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree for lifetime achievements and longtime major support of 91麻豆天美 programs on Nov. 25, spent time with grandson Rob Franklin and great-grandson Henry Franklin prior to receiving the honor in the Humphrey Coliseum.
